Training for External Customer

Base Connections has given us the tools to make the most effective use of our outward bound telephone calling time. We are already seeing improvements in our efficiency and conversion rates - all of which go towards achieving Company targets more readily. Furthermore, through this training, our team have a much greater confidence in their ability to perform and as such their morale has been lifted.
