THE CLIENT: PAT Testing
THE CAMPAIGN CHALLENGE: The client specialises in testing portable electrical appliances and fixed wiring and had a need to develop its business opportunities. The need was for leads to be created and provided to the client who then contacted the prospects.
In large organisations with many locations there may be a number of these and our role was to investigate the Decision Making process. Once done the task of establishing the contacts began.
THE STRATEGY AND EXECUTION: Data was bought, the team trained, goals set and the task commenced in unravelling the way the processes worked. Once complete, we contacted these decision makers and referred hot leads to the client. Where there was interest but the timing was not right, we incubated and referred when appropriate.
THE RESULT: Clients are often naturally cautious in allowing a telemarketing company to take their hard earned reputation and speak to the world on their behalf, which is why we started with lead generation. In time we suggested to the client asked that we set the appointments for the sales team and this has been running successfully for a good number of years.
