Inbound calls received by Base Connections where the caller is responding to a coupon, mailshot, or advertisement.
Dedicated or nondedicated staff are used depending upon the volume of calls and whether the subject matter is technical or non-technical.
Telephone message service is also available for those smaller companies who would use serviced office assistance.
Internet Response Handling
Order forms and emails generated from a web site are redirected to our handling centre. Outsourcing at such levels has proved both cost-effective and efficient for our clients, reducing their cost of sale and increasing conversion rates.
