A caller identity is created to carry out research projects such as competitor analysis and evaluation of the client’s operations.
We work very closely with clients to plan such campaigns, which are often sensitive. As with all research projects, information is written to a database, which has been formatted so that clients can analyse the data properly, and set up benchmarks such as levels of customer care.
The areas to be researched will include hard and soft standards. A hard standard would be such as the number of rings taken to answer the telephone and a soft would be an impression given. Both standards have scored ratings to enable the mystery shopper to be objective.
Other research projects include establishing future markets or trends, running surveys, lead generation, and customer care programmes.
